I install Windows and Office updates (2010, etc.) every month, so I see updates for older versions - NOT for 365. To check if you have the latest updates for Office 365; To check Office 365 Updates: Open a Office 365 application ie; Word Select 'File' select 'Account' select 'Office Update' also note the version of Click to Run Updates you currently have installed, the most recent is: Version, If you have this version, your Office 365 is up to date. Select 'View Updates' - this will open a page with information ref. Click to Run Product Updates, it also lists the previous updates that are available for Office 365. Read and follow instructions as required. Depending on your Office 365 settings, the Click to Run updates are automatically applied, you should though receive a notification in the notification area of your Taskbar.
